The Q1000 series can use a gas canister or a larger patio gas bottle if purchased with an adapter kit (8482), Q2000 and Q3000 use a larger gas bottle.

Replacement parts can be purchased either through our website weber.com or by contacting customer services.

All models include a thermometer and increase in size with the 3200 being the largest size.

Check if you can ignite the grill manually using a lighter or match, remove and clean the burner tube and if still not able to ignite contact customer services.

The Q series has a 5-year limited warranty:

• Cookbox - 5 years, no rust through/burn through (2 years paint excluding fading or discolouration)
• Lid assembly - 5 years, no rust through/burn through (2 years paint excluding fading or discolouration)
• Stainless steel burner tubes - 5 years, no rust through/burn through
• Porcelain-enamelled cast iron cooking grates - 5 years, no rust through/burn through
• Plastic components - 5 years (excluding fading or discolouration)
• All remaining parts - 2 years

Q1*** series uses an EN417 gas canister. Q2*** and Q3*** use patio gas bottles.

 With the Q1*** you will need an adapter kit part number 8482, which is available from weber.com. The Q2*** and Q3*** can be connected using the supplied regulator.

You should only use the regulator supplied with your grill as using a third-party regulator may void your warranty.
