Wilmslow Cookery School

Wilmslow Cookery School is set in the Heart of Cheshire it the affluent town of Wilmslow. The School was opened By Husband and wife team Sarah and David bridge Co-owner Sarah has a vast amount of experience in the catering industry. The School is built on the Site of Elf Mill overlooking the river Dean and the school is designed to make all student feel comfortable so had a relaxed feel to the kitchen and not an industrial kitchen. The School has gone from strength to strength since it opened in 2014 and we are soon to launch our brand new dining space as the school has expanded taking over another unit.

The Team

David and Sarah moved from the North, to work in London in 1990 It's here They learnt their trade under the guidance of the Roux Brothers, working within teams of accomplished chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Pierre Koffman and Michele Roux jnr. Sarah and David also has travelled extensively around the world, including Asia, the Americas and Australia and NZ honing their skill skills and picking up a variety of techniques along the way.
