The Weber Slate® Rust-Resistant Griddle is made differently. The carbon-steel cooktop is transformed under extreme heat and pressure that case hardens and bonds the surface, reducing the ability for moisture to collect and rust to form.

Plus, it’s pre-seasoned with food-safe oils that condition the metal for an extra boost of rust resistance and an easy-release cooking surface.

There is no use of coatings, so you can use metal tools to flip, press, and scrape without worry.

Precise heat

Precision control knobs let you increase and decrease heat levels smoothly across the entire range. Cook on high, medium, low, and everything in between.

Even heat

Cook with no hot or cold spots. Even, edge-to-edge heat lets you cook food consistently no matter where you place it on the cooktop.
