We know you want your Weber grill in tip-top shape and outfitted with the latest Weber grilling gear. That's why we treat every order with special attention and make sure we process it as quickly as possible.

Processing/Shipping: Orders received by 2 pm Eastern Stand Time will ship within 24 Hours. Orders received after 2 pm will ship within 24-48 hours.

Delivery: Up to 7-10 business days, from the time your order ships.

Applies to Genesis, Summit, and Spirit Gas Grills, as well as Performer Series, Q 2800N+ Gas Grill with stand, Searwoods, Stand-up Griddles, Slate & Ranch Grills.

In order to receive delivery on larger grills place your order on Weber.com. Upon receiving your email confirmation with order number, you will receive a phone call from our delivery partner to schedule your delivery appointment.

Available only on orders shipping within Canada*.

Most orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Assembly is Not Included.

Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Deliveries may be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8AM and 5PM local time.

A 4-hour window will be provided during your selected delivery day.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at 1-800-446-1071.

If your order contains accessories, replacement parts, or other non-grill products, these items will ship separately via FedEx .

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to speed delivery. You will not be charged for additional shipping, and you will receive separate shipping confirmation e-mails.

You must be able to receive parcel delivery at your residence, or your delivery may be denied.

Shipments are only available in Canada.

Items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

The total amount of time for order processing, shipping and delivery is dependent upon the following:

  • The availability of the product(s) you are ordering.
  • The day and time your order was received.
  • A successful payment authorization.
  • The carrier(s) delivering the order(s).

Provincial GST/PST/HST sales taxes may apply. All taxable provinces must calculate the applicable sales tax on the subtotal of items plus shipping. Taxes shown on the web site are an estimated tax. The true amount charged to your credit card will be shown on your shipping confirmation e-mail.


Tax Exemptions


Tax-exempt entities can request a refund on the taxes paid on an order. Please contact customer service at 1-800-446-1071 and email to supportca@weberstephen.com a digital copy of your tax-exempt certificate, or equivalent document, and the billing and shipping address on the order must match the address on the certificate.

Due to the presence of lithium batteries the Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub, iGrill Mini, and Kitchen Thermometer Mini can only ship via standard ground shipping.


Other Shipping Restrictions


Lighter Cubes can only ship via standard ground shipping.

Items purchased on Weber.com or through Weber Customer Service that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.


Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) by Weber, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment. Shipping charges for delivery and returns are non-refundable for orders.

Return Policy Exceptions


Due to regulatory requirements, lighter cubes may not be returned.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
