Tuck-N-Carry Lid Lock

The lid locks so that you can carry your grill by the handle. The handle also lowers, doubling as a lid holder, to avoid placing the lid on the ground.

Superior Heat Retention

The porcelain-enameled lid and bowl retain heat for consistent temperature and even cooking. The finish also prevents rusting, cracking, and peeling while withstanding high grilling temps.

Precise Heat Control

Control the temperature of your grill, without lifting the lid, by easily adjusting the damper. Closing the damper completely will cut off the oxygen flow to help extinguish coals.

Cooking Grate

The durable, easy-to-clean, plated steel cooking grate retains heat for even and consistent grilling.

Fuel Grate

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality control issues, but great grill Smokey Joe charcoal BBQ was missing a part when purchased. Weber sent out a replacement sealed plastic bag of replacement hardware that was still missing the part I needed. Finally, after the 3rd try and lots of emails, the correct part was sent. I would recommend that you buy an assembled BBQ as the provided assembly instructions are poor. included the BILT video guide.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to carry but don’t like vents on side Well made, easy to take with us, but unlike our old Smokie Joe, the vents are on the sides, not in optimum position. The air flow isn’t as good, and it doesn’t get as hot.
