Rated 1 out of 5 by Angely from Poor quality I purchased the summit grill, which is very expensive, expecting same quality as a small genesis that I have for over 10 years.. however, 4 knobs have broken in less than a year.. what a disappointment..

Rated 1 out of 5 by Wedeservebetterforthe$ from Knobs have broken 5 times You can see from the fact that the knobs are sold out and all the reviews from people who have had broken knobs that there is clearly a design problem here. The plastic inside the knobs repeatedly breaks. We are again down to 1 knob - we have replaced knobs 5 times in 4 years! Wjat is it going to take Weber to admit that you have a poor design, change to a more durable material and send a free set out to your customers?
