Rated 1 out of 5 by from Automated parts system is HORRIBLE My grill has become hard to start. I need to find out what part I need to fix the problem. I called the Grill Expert # that I found on Weber's website, but it's a worthless automated system that is no help at all. The system gave me a list of parts, but I don't know how to identify the part I need, but it was impossible to speak to a live person. I currently own 3 Weber grills and have owned 4 others in the past. This is the last time I'll buy a Weber - horrible customer service.

They have been supplying the needed parts for my European Summit 400 since 1998, and my grill is still going strong. Always the right item at a fair price, and exceptional customer service. They even stopped me from purchasing something that I really didn't need. We will always own a Weber.
