The part was sent right away and they practically apologized for the inconvenience even though it was my error. I have always loved my Weber grills! I appreciate a company that values it's customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brought The Spark Back... I ended up only needed the igniter itself and not the wire to resolve a no spark condition. The symptom was that when the igniter was pressed there was no noise at all. I checked the battery and it was fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Customer Service I have owned Weber grills for over 20 years and I have always been impressed with their quality. Now I am equally impressed with their customer service. My igniter recently quit working. I replaced 3 batteries thinking that was the issue but it didn’t fix the problem. So I ordered a new kit. Once it arrived, I was watching an installation video and realized that there was a 4th battery in a different location. That solved my problem. I reached out to Weber to make a return fully expecting that I would be on the hook for the return shipping fees. To my surprise, they just told me to keep the unit and gave me a full refund. I know it wasn’t a very expensive part but it sure felt nice bit to have to hassle with it.
