Rated 5 out of 5 by Handsome Bill from What a great company & product! I needed a new igniter for my Weber E-310. Went to the website and ordered an igniter, (#67847), that was supposed to fit all 300 series grills. It didn't fit. I called Weber and spoke with a rep that went to the schematic and found I needed #67726. That part was out of stock, perhaps because I purchased the grill in 2007, over 17 years ago. It took a few weeks, but I got the part and all is well. I could not be happier with Weber. I also still have my kettle I got in 1975.
