Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ask Weber Thank goodness the Weber workers are knowledgeable. I tried so many times to find the igniter for my old grill! I finally called Weber and they gave me the order number. I wasted a lot of my own time - next time I am calling Weber first.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rethinking my bad review.... I bought the Weber Q3200--perfect size for my deck--last year. I used it just a couple of times, and then could not get it to light. The igniter kept falling out!! Anyway I wrote a negative review, which I seldom do; however, I am a 72 woman, live in a very small town, and getting repairs is next to impossible. A Weber agent contacted me, and she offered to send me a new igniter kit. I was ready to have this on hauled away. An old friend installed the new igniter, and now I am happily grilling once again! I had forgotten how much I enjoy it! So thank you, Weber! This old gal is pretty happy!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Misleading This kit does NOT come with the ignitor button and battery. When I questioned this after receiving the kit , Weber says that this part number doesn't include those. The photo and description both indicate that they should. The replacement ignition was easy to install and now our Q3200 fires up well again.
