Rated 5 out of 5 by from Standout Service This was a replacement set for a Spirit grill that we have owned for years. Unfortunately, one of the enamel replacement grates had a small chip in it when we removed it from the packing material. We contacted Weber via e-mail and they requested a photo. A new set of replacement grates arrived within a week, no charge and no hassle (i.e., they didn't as us to chip the first set back.)
