Rated 1 out of 5 by from Caster Design Issue We have had 2 casters now break loose from the mounting plate. The press fit design does not hold up to rolling in and out of our garage. The grille functions OK but my wife is very frustrated with the broken casters on a grille she paid a lot of money for. This kind of stuff should be covered under warranty.

I am very impressed with the customer service I received and the care that was taken by Weber to address the issues I was having with my Weber Spirit. You guys came through and I couldn't be happier!
