Rated 1 out of 5 by from Controller unit failed Iv been using weber grills for 30 years. The controller unit failed. Same report as many others. Obviously a mechanical issue. This should be replaced free charge!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Engineering is required! My mother-in-law uses her Weber maybe twice a week tops; not yet 3 years old. Controller has failed, which from the comments is a too frequent occurrence. Now a replacement is not available! Hopefully, Weber is re-engineering this part based on its being a failure garnering so many negative reviews!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Worth It!!! Purchased the most expensive electric grill on the market thinking I would be able to enjoy it for a few years. However, several parts have had to be replaced, even when used seldomly. Now the Controller Unit is not working, again. Since it is out of Warranty, the cost is $146.00. Cost is high considering a new electric grill can start at $150.00. Disappointed with the poor quality of this grill.
