Rated 1 out of 5 by from Controller issue It looks like from reading these reviews there are a lot of controller issues. I bought a Q1400 in January 2023 that we keep at a vacation house. It's literally been used maybe a dozen times and now the controller appears shot. Switches on and as it starts to heat up, it shuts down time and again. $150 part for a grill that cost about $300? Of course warranty on this part appears to be only 2 years. Beware if you are looking to buy a Weber electric grill.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Third Controller My grill has been unused for two years because the controller doesn’t work. I have gone back and forth about buying another one. I’ve even thought about putting the grill on Facebook Marketplace and stating they need to buy a controller.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from My second controller unit broken My grill gets little usage (1, maybe 2 times a month) and my second controller unit has broken. I unplug and store it properly between uses. Unacceptable to have these issues with a grill that has been kept in great condition.
