Ketchup Chip Crusted Chicken Wings

Serves: 2-4 |  Prep time: 10 minutes |  Grilling time: 6 minutes 

Ingredients  

  • 3 lbs of chicken wings  
  • 1/3 cup of mayonnaise  
  • 2 tsp salt / 1 tsp pepper 
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic 
  • 1 large bag of ketchup chips crushed 

Directions

  1. Set up the grill for indirect cooking at a high temperature of 425F – 450F. 
  2. Cover the chicken wings thoroughly with mayonnaise, the salt, pepper and granulated garlic. 
  3. Crush the potato chips in the bag and in batches place 3-6 wings inside at a time and shake ensuring that the entire wing is covered in the potato chip crumbs. Place on a baking tray and continue until all the wings are coated. 
  4. Place the coated wings on the indirect side of the grill and cook at 425F – 450F until an internal temperature of 165F is reached inside the wings. 
  5. Remove and allow to rest a few minutes before enjoying them!
