Porcelain-Enameled, Cast-Iron Cooking Grates

Porcelain-enameled, cast-iron cooking grates provide even heat distribution across the entire grilling surface and superior heat retention.

Removable Catch Pan

Grease is funneled into the catch pan for easy cleanup.

Heat Element

The heat element is made out of a material that heats quickly and has excellent corrosion resistance.

Lid & Body

The aluminum heat retention liner inside of the lid and bowl keeps heat inside of the grill for a consistent grilling temperature.

The six foot cord conveniently plugs into an outdoor electrical outlet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not happy with the last 1400 I had to replace my last 4 yr old 1400 due to 2 temp controller failures and 3 element failures. Not the Weber quality I have been a fan of since the original kettles came out. Only hope this one does better, probably not too smart to buy another.

It cooks food as good if not better than any propane grill i have owned which are many. I had a part fail prematurely recently where the warranty and customer service was outstanding.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and clean Love my new grill! Instructions for better grilling are great and I learned some things I didn’t know. First time I used it, my salmon and gold potato’s came perfect! Yummy. I wiped the grill when warm as suggested and it still looks brand new.
