Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spirit SP-335 Rocks! This is our first gas Weber and we couldn't be more pleased with it. We had two requirements - a side burner, and stainless steel grates. The Genesis series, while obviously the Cadillac of grills, seemed to be overkill, since this will mainly be used for two of us. We came close to purchasing the Spirit E-330, but didn't like that there is a plastic end cap next to the side burner which I read in some reviews melted if a hot pan touched it. So this SP-335 was the perfect solution. It was no easy feat finding it as Ace Hardware appears to be the only reseller carrying it, but I found it in stock at a store in our area snapped it up. We couldn't be happier with it! Great performance, perfect size and great options. I really hope Weber continues to offer this model!

Assembly is rather straightforward if you follow the assy booklet.I couldn’t find the rear panel until I figured it was a lot smaller than shown in the assy booklet,the rear of the BBQ is open on 2/3 of it’s surface. The stainless steel used is of a low quality, I had rust spots show up on the right shelf within a few days of service, I tested with a magnet and in stuck to the s/s. There is a lot of heat escaping the front left and right hand corners of the cover, there are blue hot spots on the side shelves. After 20 minutes the inner 1/3 of the shelves are extremely hot.The cooking part is of good quality and works well.The cover that’s included in the box is a nice touch.
