Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recently upgraded from the 22" This is my second Weber Master-Touch. I had a 22", which after many years of regular use finally started to break down, so I upgraded to the 26". I do a lot of cooking on my grill, including regular meals during the week. Despite being considerably larger than the 22", I've been impressed by how well it heats and retains heat without me needing to increase the amount of charcoal I use. I also use my grill as a smoker, and that experience is improved compared to before too. The space difference is noticeable. I can comfortably smoke 5 racks of ribs on this grill, without the grill lid making contact with the meat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't go wrong with a Weber kettle I had a Weber kettle grill for almost 15 years, and it was fantastic! It was finally time to retire it, so I got another (bigger) one this time. Even though my last grill was great, I love the small improvements that are part of this newer bigger model (e.g. rollers for sliding the lid off to the side, heat shield below the handle, thermometer, etc.). And as always, the main features like the ash collection pot, sturdy construction, and high quality components make it a solid grill choice with lasting value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Weber 26-Inch Master-Touch Kettle Review I recently purchased the Weber 26-Inch Master-Touch Kettle from Lowe's at a discount, as it had been on display outside for some time. Despite initial issues with the lid not fitting properly, causing smoke and heat to escape, my experience with Weber support was exceptional. Favorite Features: * Large Grilling Surface * One-Touch Cleaning System * Bottom Damper Smoke Setting After cooking on the grill 5 or 6 times, I reached out to Weber support for help with the lid issue. They provided clear instructions on checking the lid and bowl for being out of round. I took perpendicular measurements and emailed the photos to support, who confirmed both parts were out of round and promptly sent replacements. The new parts arrived within a couple of days, and upon reassembling the grill, I couldn't be happier. The lid fits perfectly now, with no smoke escaping. Most importantly, Weber support went above and beyond in diagnosing and resolving my issue quickly. Their exceptional service has made me a loyal customer, and I look forward to many years of grilling with my Weber Master-Touch Kettle. Many thanks to Weber for their outstanding support!
