Every Weber grill is designed with quality and great performance in mind, but things can happen, which is why each grill comes with an extensive warranty, backed with our legendary customer service.

Many parts, such as control knobs, burner tubes and tables can be easily replaced, but we understand that everyone’s skill level is a little different. Some of us are totally at ease completely disassembling a grill to replace just about any part, while others are not quite as comfortable replacing certain parts, especially if it’s something involved with the gas train assembly.

While labor isn’t included as a part of the warranty on our grills we do partner up with 3rd party contractors, which we call service agents, in certain situations. If there’s ever a part that you need to replace on your grill but it’s not something you feel comfortable doing you may want to check out our dealer locator tool to perform a search yourself on Weber.com. If there’s an agent in your area, there will be a “Service Agent” icon underneath the dealers contact information. The cost of having someone service your grill can vary, so it pays to check with a few different ones before scheduling a service call. If you’re having trouble with the online tool please reach out to us at support@weberstephen.com or give us a call at 1-800-446-1071 and we can perform a search for service agents in your area that we can help you get in touch with to help fix your grill.
