Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor design This rotisserie works fine, and I like the multi section spit as it makes it easy to store. However, the handle gets dangerously hot during cooking. And the handle is too small in diameter. Not a good idea to use a metal handle rather than wood as was used in my previous Weber grill rotisserie. Someone should design a wooden attachment for this handle!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love having this option. Tight fit on a Spirit. I was able to pick up a brand new but slightly older version of this. It could have fit on my old horizontal Genesis with the adaptor. (I’d have liked trying a rotisserie on a horizontal model). But this works fine on my two burner Spirit. Just need to remove the grates and the center (blank) flavorizer bar to accommodate a pan. It is a tight fit. Smaller turkey might fit. As I like wood smoke I use a smoker box, but I have to get the chips on fire under high heat before dropping the heat. I like how a rotisserie self bastes. This did well with a small pork shoulder with a good fat cap. I did a regular sized chicken. (Tough to buy a bird for $12-$15 to cook when you can get a cooked one for half that price these days, buy yours comes out much better.) Spit and forks are solid. Expected Weber quality. Motor is steady and pretty quiet. Sturdy and lengthy cord. Still learning, but I really like having the option to use this. Forks cleaned up in my dishwasher. Spit actually fit in dishwasher too! Outdoor grill masters, weekend warriors, novices - anyone should be able to enjoy.
