Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well. I was quite pleased with the roaster. It held the chicken well. I did not add vegetables to the pan. The chicken turned out well. I used a remote meat thermometer and removed the chicken from the grill when it reached 165 F. The chicken was delicious. I used hickory wood chips and barbeque sauce for flavor.
