Rated 3 out of 5 by Old Papa from One problem. I just bought this with a Searwood 600. I put it together yesterday the. It started raining so I put the cover in. There is a big design mistake for this cover. It fits well and seems to be made well. The problem is the design of the cover over the Pellet hopper. Look at the picture - it is completely flat over the hopper. When I checked my grill this morning the cover had a big pool of water over the hopper and underneath, the hopper top was moist. That’s brand new - after use it will likely seep through. The cover should be redesigned so that it has a little bit of slope over the hopper. This will allow rain to drain off instead of sitting and pooling. I still recommend the cover since there is no other option but hopefully it will be redesigned. For now I am putting an upside down bowl on top of the hopper before I put on the cover. This forces water to drain.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ss22 from Good Cover The cover overall is pretty good. A bit too many velcro straps in my opinion though. There are two wide velcro straps on the left and right side, and some skinny velcro strips on the lower part that I am not sure what they are good for. The only downside of the cover is when you fasten all the velcro straps, it makes the lower part of the cover rise, which then exposes the bottom tray a bit. It the cover was a couple inches longer than it wouldn't be an issue.
