The fabric of the Australian Summer is here. The Weber WBBL has just wrapped up for season 10, showcasing this and more!

Big sixes, incredible catches and amazing moments. WBBL10 was an incredible season, with the Melbourne Renegades taking the title for the first time! Hayley Matthews was crowned player of the match, helping the Melbourne Renegades from bottom of the ladder in WBBL09 to the title in season 10!

Heading into the tenth season, Weber is incredibly proud to be the naming rights partner of the best women’s cricket league in the world, one that has helped shape and grow women’s cricket both locally and globally. Sydney Sixer and Australian all-rounder Ellyse Perry commented on the development of the WBBL:

"I just think the scale and interest in the competition has just gone to a whole other level, coupled with that the incredible depth of talent that it's unearthed and developed," Perry said, terming the WBBL "the hardest competition to play in the world".

Season 10 saw the expansion of the popular Stadium Series of matches, which had games held in iconic venues. Adelaide Oval, the MCG, The Gabba and the SCG all hosted WBBL matches this season, demonstrating another area of exciting growth in the league. The Stadium Series double header at the SCG on November the 10th featured “The Weber Deck” an activation space where you could have had the chance to watch the games from the best seats in the house, whilst tasting some incredible dishes all cooked on our Weber Q barbecues.

Win a Weber Baby Q at every WBBL home game!

Weber is getting right behind season 10 by giving away a Weber Baby Q at every WBBL home game! At every mid innings break, fans could jump onto the live trivia competition to see if they’re the fastest to answer the most questions correctly for the chance to take home a new backyard centerpiece.

We hope you enjoyed the season as much as we did! It was action packed, full of entertainment, and a tasty one for sure!
