A simple Asian twist on grilled greens to compliment any feast. The key to making this dish simple is to choose vegetables that cook at the same heat level and for the same amount of time. Feel free to use a combination of any of these vegetables; halved bok choy, broccolini, broccoli florettes, snow peas, asparagus, zucchini ribbons, oyster mushrooms or bean sprouts.

Prepare your barbecue for direct cooking over high heat (290°C-315°C) with a Weber Grill Pan. If you are using a Weber Pulse™, preheat your barbecue with the lid closed and your control knob(s) on high for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the barbecue reaches 290°C.
Prepare your barbecue for direct cooking over high heat with a Weber Grill Pan. If you are using a Weber SmokeFire™, set the temperature to 290°C+ and preheat.
Trim the stems from the broccolini. Cut the bok choy in halves. Drizzle the broccolini, bok choy and snow peas with the soy sauce and sesame oil.
Once the barbecue has preheated, grill the greens in the grill basket over direct high heat for 4 minutes, turning once, or until caramelised and cooked to your liking.
Serve Immediately and garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
