Rated 5 out of 5 by Back Yard Cook from Exceptional product & customer service I purchased my Weber Q Premium back in 2017 & over this time has exceeded all my expectations in every way imaginable, just short of my 5 year warranty my ring burner had started to show signs of degradation, I emailed the customer service team with a copy of my purchase receipt & pictures, within 12hrs I received confirmation warranty claim had been processed & will be despatched within 1-3 days from warehouse, this service is nothing short of outstanding in my view & would highly recommend if your considering a new BBQ to seriously consider the Weber range of BBQ's, you will not be disappointed at the food you bring to the table, & if you ever need any help years down the track from when your purchased your Weber they will be there for you A+++++

Rated 5 out of 5 by Margaux from Steak Perfection I bought the red to go with our outdoor decor, my husband and I bought the premium 2200 LPG as we entertain a few friends on our glorious back deck overlooking the river from our back yard. We used this twice since we bought it on the 20th July 2020, and both times our steak turned out perfect..... The helpful store owner explained how we need to cook the steak and view the DVD. We did, thank you Weber for turning our steaks into a social family get togethers, we love our new Weber, the only mistake we made is, not to have bought it sooner!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by FionaH from Weber Q - great BBQ Great BBQ. I have downsized from the family size Weber and this size still allows me to do all the same cooking as before but in a more compact size that is easy to pack up for picnics. Easy to use and clean and it doesn’t matter what you cook, food always tastes great as long as you do the pre heat. My only gripe was that I had to put the trolley and BBQ together myself and I’m not very handy. I read the instructions and assembled.
