Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Temperature control My 3100N won't go below 265c (measured with an igrill2 probe in the lid position provided) with the main burner at the lowest setting and the centre burner off. Customer service says "it's not an oven" - not helpful!. A Weber recipe says cook over direct medium heat ( 180c- 230c ). - it's not possible.
