The heavy-duty rotisserie fits multiple chickens and large cuts of meat such as beef roasts, rolled pork loins, and deboned and rolled legs of lamb. As food rotates under the IR Burner, it crisps and browns evenly while locking in juices. The tuck-away motor folds down when not in use to free up the side table space.
The tank scale indicates the amount of fuel in a standard 9 kg gas bottle once it’s hung from the scale. The fuel level is checked by viewing the indicator line located on the scale inside of the cabinet. Some models include an indicator on the front of the barbecue. The indicator points to a full tank and gradually moves to indicate when the tank is empty and needs to be removed to replace or refill.
