Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cooking grill made from stainless steel I have to replace cooking grill just because the original material isn’t adequate for the temperature and environment for the charcoal Webber. If the grill was made from stainless steel there would be some additional up front cost but lifetime costs would be lower and customer satisfaction would increase. It the old addage make it right the first time and you have a customer for life. The customer becomes your salesman and your competitor will either adapt or fail. I see the newer models now come with stainless steel grills but replacements are still poor quality plated steel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice to be able to buy a replacement but if the originals were stainless steel rather than chrome plated would not have needed to. Even if the grates that come with Webers were not, it would be nice to be able to buy stainless steel replacements, even if dearer. Some of us live right on a coast.
