Hosted at Australia’s one-and-only Weber Grill Academy in Rose Park, this event offers guests a unique chance to watch Weber Grill Master Laura Romeo, and the Grill Academy team, demonstrate the art of grilling.
The menu features premium local ingredients, including Bultarra Australian Saltbush Lamb, O’Brien’s Meats Pork, Coffin Bay Oysters, and Gelista Gelati. Plus, guests will have the opportunity to chat with the suppliers and learn more about their craft.

Tom's BBQ journey began in childhood and evolved into an obsession. Specialising in low and slow American-style BBQ, he's transformed his passion into a career at the Weber Grill Academy.

With a background in 5-star hotels worldwide and two decades spent in China, Thailand, and Singapore, Tal is a culinary globetrotter. Now, he fuses Weber's magic with his culinary wisdom at the Weber Grill Academy.
