- Pay deposit with Outdoor Kitchen retailer
- Site assessment scheduled
4. FINALISE IT
- Site assessment
- Signed off
- Adjustments required - revised quote issued
- Outdoor Kitchen ordered
5. INSTALL IT
- Delivery and assembly booked with technician – all items delivered to site with the technician
- Balance payment taken via store
- Delivery and assembly on site
- Post-installation visit for final checks
