I have used my smoker three times in the last month since I recently purchased my Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker. I have made two pork shoulders and one brisket. This is the easiest smoker I have ever used to maintain a constant temperature after the initial adjustment. The large water bowl still had water after an eight hour and ten hour burn, smoking our meat. I am so glad I purchased this smoker. The Minion method to start the charcoal is great and burns very even throughout the smoking process.
