Worth it

I love my weber kettle grill for charcoal grilling. I have no idea why it took me so long to realize that I should look to Weber for a quality gas grill as well. I went through 3 grills in 10 years (maybe less!) and I decided that I wanted the next grill to be one to last. Yes, it is expensive, but this grill costs less than twice what all of the three before it and it will last four times as long. It's worth it!

And it grills beautifully. Supreme ease. Supreme control. Just perfection. Easy to clean easy to care for. I put it all together myself and I feel easily confident that I will be able to maintain it and yes, even replace the occasional part, say, ten years down the line. I love this grill!

Weber genesis S-330 is one amazing grill!

I purchased this Weber 330 Stainless Steel model last year so I have had a good amount of time to test it out. This grill has quality written all over it. I will admit when I first saw the price tag I thought that it was insane to spend almost one thousand dollars on a grill, but after researching for months I always came back to Weber. I would rather buy a good grill once every 10-20 years than a cheap new one every few years. The warranty on this blows the competition away. I have grilled almost anything one can grill and have been very happy with the grill. For those on the fence about the price it is really worth it. You get what you pay for when it comes to Weber!

You Always Remember Your First

I received the Genesis S-330 from my wife for a birthday present. I have always been a charcoal barbecue type of guy. I have owned and still own several charcoal grills which I will still use BUT.....and it's a big BUT, I am pleasantly thrilled and intrigued by the grilling characteristics of the S-330. Quality is first rate. It is extremely sturdy and I think it will be good as new for decades because of the stainless steel. Here comes the BUT. My first time using the Genesis S-330 a few days ago I made the best steaks I have ever had in my entire life. I'm still trying to figure it out. Don't get me wrong, the charcoal grill is still my best friend BUT, there are certain things about the S-330 that I think made those steaks so great. The easy controlling of the heat, the flavorizer bars, and the searing station is a major plus. Searing is not a hard thing to do on a charcoal grill, it's just harder to setup and control the cooking process after searing, BUT it is easy on the S-330. I am not the greatest barbecuer in the world but this grill certainly made me one. That is why I want to shove aside my charcoal grills for awhile and explore the possibilities with the Genesis S-330. The steaks I made were nothing fancy. Just your average supermarket T-bones with salt, pepper, and some garlic butter brushed on at the end of grilling them. Average T-bones that magically became extraordinarily delicious on the S-330. I won't give up trying to figure out the BUTS of this grill. I will just have to figure it out quite often.
