Rated 1 out of 5 by Snoblader from Bad Customer Service I cannot tell how well it works because it is missing a part needed for my Searwood 600XL. Getting the part has been impossible so far. You cannot even speak to the group that needs to supply the part. You have to wait for them to call you. II am waiting now for 3 days. Ridiculous! I have dealt with similar situations to this with other companies and replacement was immediate. This is my second Weber and probably my last.
