Upon receiving your email confirmation with an order number, there will be a number to call to schedule your delivery. Most orders will be delivered within 5-9 business days. Deliveries may be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8AM and 5PM local time.  A 4 hour window will provided during your selected delivery day. You will receive a courtesy call from the driver 30 minutes prior to delivery. You must be able to receive postal delivery at your residence, or your delivery may be denied.

Yes! We do make stainless steel cooking grates that can be ordered for the Genesis II series. Currently, they can only be ordered directly through our call center at 1-800-446-1071. You'll want to have the serial number of your Genesis II available when calling. You can find the serial number on the back of the owner's manual or on a white sticker on the back, left leg of the grill.

The work tables are meant for holding plates, food ready to be cooked, spices, sauces, beverages, etc. It was not meant to hold excessive weight.

Due to safety considerations, the complexity of the components involved, as well as the level of disassembly required, we don’t allow conversions or provide conversion kits. Converting a Weber grill will actually void the warranty on the unit and might create an unsafe situation.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great grill but could be improved I bought this grill just after Christmas to replace my 14 year old Weber genesis grill. Grill works great, cooks fairly even across entire grill. The only complaints I could make is the fit and finish of the panel are not that great, also the printing on the front panels and around the knobs is chipping off and disappearing. We will see in the long run how the components hold up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Missing Manual Thermometer I love the grill, and was intentional about purchasing the tech package. However, when it is raining, I don't use the tech package because I don't want the cord to be plugged in and get wet. Unfortunately, you can only read the temperature of the grill from the electronic panel when the grill is plugged in. It is lacking a traditional thermometer in the hood as non-tech grills come with so you can gauge temperature when not plugged in.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Grill performs well. but base materials are flimsy Overall I am quite happy with the performance of the grill. My complaint is with the cheap materials used - in particular the base panels. I found several components bent upon unpacking. The base panels are quite cheap and flimsy to my surprise. There was NO external damage to the packaging itself, so it is not something that happened in shipping. The purchase was made through Lowes online with home delivery. I live a couple of hours from the nearest Lowes and had the parts scattered all over my garage with vehicles parked outside, so store return was not feasible, nor was waiting around a couple of days for Weber to ship replacement parts. For a grill that costs this much money, I'd expect much higher quality materials.
